Gina, our Disney planner is just fantastic! Her expertise and knowledge is extraordinary. She worked diligently to ensure our first Disney trip (June, 2009) was a Huge success! In fact, she planned our trip a few months later (December 2009) and another trip, November 2010!
- Marsha & Rick, Texarkana Texas
Marsha's Best Disney Travel Tip:
Plan your meals (I highly recommend the Disney Dining Plan) to coincide with the park of the day! It takes a little bit of time, but once it's done, you can relax and enjoy your trip!
Marsha's Do Not Miss Attraction:
The Spirit of Aloha at the Polynesian not only has great food, the show is just awesome! From start to finish, you are treated as very special guests - very organized and well planned!
Gina helped me plan my first trip to Disney World and helped to make it a surprise for my twins 8th birthday. I really didn't know what to expect when I called her, but she was so eager to work with me and made the pre-trip experience super easy. My parents went with our family as well and she was able to book us adjoining rooms. She helped me to plan all our meals, gave us advice on what to visit each day and pointed out the things we wouldn't want to miss. She let the resort know about our kids' birthday and that it was their first time visiting which made it even more special for them. She was also able to save us a quite a bit of money that wouldn't have saved if we had booked the trip ourselves. When we go back to Disney World, Gina will be the one to book our trip!!
- Tracy Mosley, King NC
Tracy’s Disney Travel Tip:
Go with the dining plan, it saves time and money. When you use a snack credit find a vendor that sells the fruit/cheese/cracker bowls rather than using the credit on an individual piece of fruit. They come in great little containers that you can carry all day and are easy to share.
Tracy’s Do not miss attraction:
Big Thunder Mountain and The Haunted Mansion in Magic Kingdom. Both are longer rides that at any time of day had very little wait time and are lots of fun for all ages!!
Gina was such a big part of the sucess and enjoyment of our first Disney World trip. Her knowledge and patience took the guess work out of where to stay, where to eat and what to do and her been there done that input really made our planning stress free! We will use her again and can't wait to go back!
- Ruth, Flower Mound Texas
Ruth’s Best Disney Travel Tip:
Plan ahead if possible so you are able to get your dining preferences. Plan on staying enough days so you are not rushed trying to see and do everthing. That way you can enjoy your children and family & take relaxing breaks at your hotel.
Ruth’s Do Not Miss Attraction:
Toy Story Mania (so fun-you will want to ride over and over again!), Soaring, Everest.
We loved working with Gina! She made the entire process from start to finish a fantastic experience. She knew the answers to all our questions and even knew questions we hadn’t thought about asking. I’d recommend Gina to anyone thinking of planning any kind of trip to Disney!!
- Craig, Fort Worth, Texas
Gina completely transformed our Disney World experience. I tried to arrange the trip on my own, and felt as though I was grasping at straws. Sadly, that was after reading all of the online guides & reading several books regarding planning a trip to Disney. All of Gina's guidance put our Disney vacation into an organized, well laid out plan that a group of six first time visitors could easily follow. Right down to putting us in certain parks and areas for the day that matched up with dining reservations, firework displays, parades, etc. When you're paying for a Disney vacation, time is money. So don't waste it! From my family's Disney vacation to your's: don't waste your money on books.....do call Gina & let her work her Disney Travel Planner magic for your vacation!
- Heather, Lebanon Ohio
Heather’s Best Disney Travel Tip:
Take advantage of the FastPass tickets. They really reduce time standing in line, and you can go do something else while you wait.
Heather’s Do Not Miss Attraction:
Dinner in Cinderella's Castle during the Wishes fireworks display. They feed the audio into the dining room, and you can see the fireworks through the stained glass. It's unforgettable!
This summer we started planning our third trip to Disney World for our family. Although I have planned this trip in the past, now as a busy mom of three, I never had the time or energy to put into all the planning and dining reservation making prior to the trip. Thank goodness for Gina! She made my life so much easier plus saved us money on our hotel reservations and got us all the dining reservations we needed, especially the lunch with Cinderella in her castle. My two girls (4 & 6 years old) loved dining there and it made our trip so special. Gina was always responsive to my calls and emails as she cheerfully made changes to our dining reservations in finalizing our trip plans. Gina took all the hard work out of preparing for our trip and we had everything we needed to have such a great trip. I would never plan a trip to Disney World without her again and would happily send my friends/family to her for their trip planning.
Gratefully,
Aliisa DuBose
Dallas, Texas
Aliisa’s Best Disney Travel Tip: If you have a room with a refrigerator, refill water bottles each night an put in freezer. In the morning, pack them up in a backpack and you have cold water for most of the day! We also put ice in our spray bottles which keeps the mist nice and cool.
Aliisa’s Do Not Miss Attraction: At Magic Kingdom, instead of finding a place to watch the firework show and waiting, waiting for it to start, go ride the rides with very little lines. Then go to Mickey's House during firework show and watch from his backyard. You get a great view and no crowds! It was like our own private firework display.
Dear Gina, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the travel arrangements you made for us. The trip was great, everything went very smoothly. The cabin was was just perfect for us, two minutes from the pool and the bus station. The dinner arrangement worked out great! The first evening we watched the parade while eating dinner, phenomenal! The kids had a blast and having everything pre-arranged for us took the stress away. Again, thank you!
Yours truly,

Dear Gina, We want to thank you for helping us plan our dream vacation. Everything went as planned. Our hotel was great! The food was AWESOME. We were really surprised how great the food was and how much food the Disney dining plan included! We had a blast! We will pass your name onto anyone we know that wants to plan a trip to Disney!
Thanks Again!

“Gina helped my family plan our first trip to Walt Disney World in June 2009. She was very knowledgeable about all things Disney. As a first timer she helped me plan out each day, what times and where were the best places to do certain things. How to maneuver the busses, places to eat, what time to see the shows and a lot of insider information too. My trip wouldn’t have been as smooth as it was without her help. We are definitely going to Disney again and will be using Gina.”
- Cindy, Mocksville NC
Cindy’s Best Disney Travel Tip:
Start planning early! Ask lots of questions. The planning and researching is excitement with anticipation of what’s to come
Cindy’s Do Not Miss Attraction:
Definitely don’t miss Toy Story Mania and Fantasmic at Hollywood Studios. Two of my favorites!
Greg Clark Best Disney Travel Tip & Testimonial:
First, Gina is the best, what a help in getting all the details worked out. That's the first tip, use Gina! Second, try and plan your trip when Disney is offering the Dinning Package for free. WOW! What a savings.
Thanks again Gina!

Dear Gina, We loved our color coded spreadsheet to help us see and do ALL on our Disney Trip! I loved waking up each morning with a plan for the day and your recommendations for dining were exactly what we needed!
- Rae, Boerne Texas
Rae's Best Disney Travel Tip:
Buy inexpensive rain ponchos while you are at home! We bought them, thought we would need them one day and was glad that we were not held hostage to their high priced rain ponchos! I secretly bought Disney trinkets (pens flashlights, cards, candy, T-shirts) at Wal Mart, Dollar Tree, Target...then in the evening after the kids went to bed, made a goodie bag of Disney treasures for them to open the next day! I was surprised to see the same Winnie the Pooh pen I bought at the Walmart check out line for $1 was $5.50 at Disney! Kids got souvenirs every day!
Rae's Do Not Miss Attraction:
Bugs Life 3-D Animation, Tower of Terror, Rockin Roller Coaster!
“When we were looking to plan a family vacation to Disney, a friend gave us a contact at With Imagination Travel, along with the advice that this was a MUST USE. It is the greatest piece of travel advice I have ever received, and I travel A LOT! Our 7 day trip went off without a hitch. The stress that normally accompanies planning a vacation like this was next to none. Gina KNEW about taking this vacation…because she had been herself. She had advice on what you HAD TO DO…and what was nice if you had time. She knew where to eat, what to ride, what parks needed extra days to take in, and advice on seeing all of the most important Disney characters…in addition, she arranged for the kids to receive letters from Mickey and Minnie announcing our trip (how many agencies go out of their way like that?)! She also provided the second best travel advice related to this trip…which is the Disney Dining Plan is worth its weight in gold. All we had to do was show up. Once we were at the Orlando Airport, it was a first-class Disney experience from start to finish. The only thing that hadn’t already been paid for was souvenirs.
I, personally, wouldn’t recommend any other way of planning a Disney vacation than through With Imagination Travel. The memories that we made that week are wonderful and will never be forgotten, or over-shadowed by some travel nightmare. It was one of the most relaxing weeks I have ever had on vacation, because everything that I would’ve normally worried about was already taken care of.
– Melanie
Euless, Texas
Melanie’s Best Disney Travel Tips:
- Buy the Dining Plan. It is easy to make the reservations for dinners, and you will be eating at the park everyday anyway, regardless of good intentions.
- Stay on-site. It eliminates the need for renting, and subsequently FINDING and hiking to, a rental car in an endless parking lot, at the end of an already long and exhausting day.
- Learn about Fast Pass and use it wisely for the rides that take ages to get into (the two listed below)!
Melanie’s Do Not Miss Attractions:
- The kids that traveled with us would say the Yeti ride at Animal Kingdom and the Toy Story ride at Hollywood Studios.
- The adults that were present would say don’t skimp on Epcot. Everyone had fun looking at their exhibits, and we really felt like we didn’t get enough time there.
- Finally everyone would agree that you should book one “extra” behind-the-scenes tour. We did a scavenger hunt in Magic Kingdom, and at the end we were met personally by Peter Pan. It was great fun, in addition to the fun that we were already surrounded by.
Our family visited Disney World for the first time in October 2011. We are so glad to have had Gina working with us to plan our trip! With Gina's advice, planning , and guidance our trip was smooth sailing. We didn't feel we had to worry about a thing! Everything was taken care of ahead of time with still leaving PLENTY of downtime and freedom for spontaneity.
Thank you Gina!

Cindie's best travel tip: I would recommend getting to the parks early in the day. Some mornings we were tired, but when we got to get onto rides with no waiting , we were glad we got there early! Then we just headed back to the hotel in the afternoon to "rest" at the pool for a while before heading back to the parks in the evening.
Cindie's do not miss: Big Thunder Mountain Railroad! We all loved it and could go on it again and again. Also, Mickey's Philharmagic. Our girls are 5 and 8 and these were both their favorites.
