My services are complimentary.
Why should I use a Personal Travel Planner instead of booking through Disney?
I have years of Disney experience that I am happy to pass along to my Disney families including the best times of the year to go, where to stay, how to "do" the parks, and most importantly how to save time and money. Booking on your own means that you will have to call an 800# every time you have a question, and more than likely you'll end up spending countless hours on the internet researching Disney vacation options, hoping that you've made the right decisions. My services are complimentary, and are designed to give you a stress free planning process and a worry free vacation.

How do I pay my deposit and make payments?
As your travel agent, I will make payments directly to the Disney Travel Company on your behalf. If you prefer, you can pay by check, made out to the Disney Travel Company.
I didn't receive a personal referral. How can you make me feel secure about doing business with you?
All of your payments go directly through the Disney Travel Company. I (With Imagination Travel) never process(es) your debit or credit card. If you prefer, you can make your payments directly to Disney via check.
I've already booked my trip. Can you still help?
Yes. I have many families who start out booking their own trip, but who come to me for additional assistance (advice, dining reservations, package discounts and price reductions). Ask me how we can work together.
Do you book air?
I can add air to any Disney Destination package. However, many times you will get a better rate by booking the air portion of your trip on your own. Visit my Travel Tips page for helpful information
Do you book non Disney hotels for Disney stays?
At this time I book Disney owned and operated hotel packages only.
We already have off site reservations. Can we still work with you?
Absolutely. I offer Personalized Itinerary Planning services (park hours, parade, evening fireworks show times, dining reservations and tips such as which attractions to do in which order, how to use the Disney FastPass system, and how to use Disney transportation are included) for off site guests. I can also order your Walt Disney World® Resort theme park tickets, or special event tickets such as Cirque du Soleil® - LaNouba™. Please inquire for detailed list of services for offsite guests.
Do you make dining reservations?
Yes. I provide dining reservation assistance to my Disney families who opt for a Walt Disney World package that includes dining. If you are staying off site, ask me how I can provide dining assistance to you as well.
I'm off site. Can I participate in the Disney Dining Plan?
No. The Disney Dining Plans are offered exclusively to guests who book a Disney Travel Company package (room and tickets).
Do you do Universal Orlando vacations?
Yes. Ask me about the popular Harry Potter package.
We want to visit Disney World®, but we also want to visit Universal. Can you arrange that?
Yes. I can add Universal theme park tickets and transfers from your Disney hotel to your Disney package.
We'd like to do Sea World, the Kennedy Space Center and a few other area attractions. Can you arrange those?
At this time I do not arrange those tours.
